The more repairs I do, the more I'm asked about the best way to carry a rosary in your pocket so that it doesn't break. For years, I carried mine in a leather pouch and then put that inside a small plastic case. It was one of those palm-sized freebie cases that you get containing bandaids and other medical stuff. This worked so well that any time I saw those kits at a fair or something, I grabbed a couple.

Here's what mine looks like. I actually gave one of these to a friend whose rosary kept breaking, but he thought it was just too big to have in his pocket. I get it, it is a little bulky. But it works for me. I'm also able to carry a few business cards along with my rosary.
