Often, these are VERY basic questions asked by non-Catholics. So when answering, it's important to know that the listener may not be familiar with our practices and our lingo. Equally important is the understanding that multiple good and faithful Catholics may have varying answers for the same question. These viewpoints are often quite helpful in clearing up our understanding.
