A high school classmate of mine who happens to work at our parish office asked me to make this rosary for a young girl who is receiving her First Communion. She liked Rosary #26 which I had made a few years ago, so I just made another one. The 53 Hail Mary beads are 8mm pink swirl made of glass. The 6 Our Father beads are 8mm white howlite beads, with slight gray marbling. The crucifix is a simple base metal. The centerpiece is a chalice on both sides, a perfect reminder of her First Eucharist. The chain, eye pins, and jump rings are all silver-plated steel.
